The new MAC Love Me Lipstick ($19.00 for 0.12 oz.) formula launched this past week, and here are swatches of 18 more shades (I've also included the original five I had and have already reviewed). I don't have one shade–Let Them Have Cake–sorry!
MAC MATTE LIPSTICK COLLECTION: THE BRIGHTS
I am a HUGE lipstick girl. I love all types of lipstick, from matte to satins, and I have tried a very wide range of them from different brands…but I always come back to MAC. I love the quality and consistency, and I have to admit, there is something oddly satisfying about adding to my collection of sleek, bullet shaped lipstick tubes.
Even from before I started my channel, I loved watching dark I have done a lipstick swatch video from the MAC Matte Collection, with more fall/winter shades, and so I wanted to come on and do a video on the more colorful shades in this collection. If you are into matte lips, but don't like liquid lipsticks then I highly recommend these! There are gorgeous, pigmented, and wear very comfortably for the most part. Even the driest of them, the Retro Mattes, are comfortably wearable over a good base. The normal mattes are very creamy, while also longwearing, and I recommend them for on the go wear. I have also included some dark skin lipstick lip liner suggestions for those of us who need to tone the brightness down! Enjoy 🙂
- MAC Dark Side Lipstick Review, Swatches. Today I'm going to review the very first product I got from MAC, 'The Dark Side' Lipstick. Its an amplified cream lipstick. Where did I buy that: I got a chance to go to Macy's during my official US trip and was so happy to see a MAC counter there(A brand highly recommended by my manager.
- Here are our dupes for MAC Dark Side, which is a moderately cool-toned, medium-dark burgundy with a natural finish. It is a permanent lipstick that retails for $20.00 and contains 0.1 oz.
- MAC Photo is an amazing lipstick, from the formula to the color. While the shade it's a wonderful medium-dark brown, with a golden red undertone (in the bullet), it's not for everyone; I highly recommend trying this in a store, it's not a good blind buy. On my light-medium complexion it looks quite dark.
